The Buying Process(T&C)
We understand with precious jewellery, Try & Buy is most convenient and discussing any query regarding your purchase with the Retailer is most comforting, you now have the option of visiting the store or requesting the selected Retailer for Door delivery service.
STEP 1. Order Confirmation & Advance
a. Visit Retailer store to pay a minimum advance ~10% Or
b. Request the Retailer for Online Payment or Cash collection options from your residence.
STEP 2. Try your Ordered Product
a. Visit Retailer store once the product has arrived, Or
b. Request the Retailer for a Home Trial of your Ordered Product.
STEP 3. Delivery & Payment
Your Product will be priced & invoiced by the Retailer with the actual weights & Inspections.
All Products will have an Authentic International Laboratory Certificate for Natural Diamonds & the BIS Hallmark. Gemological certificates will be given along with the product at the time of delivery by the Retailer Only.
a. Take Delivery & Pay at Retailer Store Or
b. Pay to Retailer at the time of Home Trial of your Ordered Product. Please inform the Retailer in advance of your convenient payment option like Online Payment, GPRS Credit card machine or COD.
1. Order Cancellations & Advance Refund
We have a “No Questions Asked” Refund of your Advance, if the Product is damaged or not as per the Design you have Confirmed.
2. Exchange Policy: Please enquire the Exchange policy with your selected Retailer.
3. The iLoveDiamonds Collection is available only through select Retailers and the Retailer management decision on Refunds, Exchanges, Door delivery services etc. will be final.
4. The Retail store would service all future repairs for the products purchased, please provide an Invoice copy at the time of service.
iLoveDiamonds sells all its products through our Retail Partners Stores. All products sold to the Retail Partners Store has undergone Certifications & Hallmark checks as mandatory practices. The products have been checked by the Retail Partner and as a reseller, it is the responsibility of the Retail Partner to check at the time of delivery: that the product is with no damages, provide all product related details & certifications.
The products will be invoiced by the Retail Partners and iLoveDiamonds product is warranted for any future repairs or exchanges by the Retail Partner Only.
All iLoveDiamonds products can be returned for any defects only to the Retail Partner within a week of purchase. The Retail Partner management will take the decision related to any returns and will entirely be the responsibility of that Retail Partner.
All exchanges have to be at the Retail Partner where the products were purchased. Should there be a reason like a change of Retail Partner, you could contact us directly. In such cases, the company will guide you to our New Retail Partner or make arrangements for a direct shipment.
At the time of exchange, please note that the product will be revalued & inspected for damages like missing pieces of the jewellery, and the iLoveDiamonds management decision will be final. The iLoveDiamonds jewellery should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original copy of the invoice. Our products are available for a Lifetime Exchange only, we do not refund or provide cashback on any of our products.
